1. The screw is sent to the position of the screwdriver by the roller through the straight-line vibration (the self-falling method of gravity is not used). In this way, smooth feeding can be achieved for screws with short neck lengths, special-shaped screw heads, or special shapes such as spring washers and double washers.
2. The floating lock phenomenon in the locking screw can be detected automatically and accurately (according to the corresponding product, the floating lock problem of 0.3~0.5mm can be detected), so there is no need to set up special testing personnel and processes.
3. It has the function of automatically detecting whether the feeding is in place and whether there are screws, ensuring that the screwdriver does not move down at will before locking the screws, and ensuring that the processed products are not damaged.
4. It is controlled by computer or PLC, and various programs can be arranged arbitrarily.
