• 1. This equipment is suitable for the sub-board work of the PCB board after the plug-in.
• 2. The PLC man-machine exchange interface is adopted, and the microcomputer control program is used to realize the automatic control of the number of cuts and the cutting stroke, thereby saving workers and improving efficiency.
• 3. Fully automatic feeding and cutting of PCB boards, and the computer automatically counts the output at a glance.
• 4. After the PCB board is cut, it can be directly extended to the inspection line through the conveyor belt (or directly to the receiving board machine) to avoid the worker's secondary operation.
• 5. The equipment is set as a unidirectional sub-board, the whole machine is controlled by Mitsubishi PLC plus Weilun touch screen, and the operation interface is simple and convenient.
• 6. The incoming board can be directly connected to the assembly line or the board feeding machine, and there is no need for manual board placement and electric eye protection to ensure safe production.
• 7. It can quickly replace PCB products of different sizes. To replace products, you only need to call the program, and the PLC data storage can reach more than 50 groups.
• 8. The track of the conversion product is automatically adjusted, and the width of the cutter can be set by the program.
