散热片上料 晶体自动成型 晶体自动涂胶 散热片晶体自动完成锁付 自动出料

·设备由控制电路驱动的散热片加载装置、散热膏加载装置、IC晶体管加载装置、螺钉送料装置和紧固装置组成。散热片加载装置设置在底座上，具有供散热片滑行的滑道，使散热片沿滑道滑行至对应工位；

·散热膏加载装置由可水平运动和垂直运动的运动结构带动蘸沾部蘸沾散热膏，并将散热膏涂装至IC晶体；

·IC晶体管加载装置将IC晶体管分离并逐个送入工位，通过设置于运动结构上的吸附部吸取IC晶体管并安装至散热片；

·螺钉送料装置的螺钉出口对准工位上散热片的固定孔，将螺钉逐个送至固定孔；紧固装置位于固定孔的垂直上方，将螺钉旋拧紧固在固定孔中。整套工序完成只需2.5-3秒。
